Joyce how I envy your peaceful sundays! After we go to Mass our day tends to be more hectic or a nicer way to put it is "family oriented" with soccer,baseball,shopping, chores ect... Recently though I have been pulling out some spiritual music to play while the family does chores. It has such a calming effect on us that they seem to be a bit more joyful while doing thier tasks. I tend to be more patience with them as well.
