After 9/11 and a comrade of our local police station being killed, our parish priest said Mass honoring those who serve others. He had local law enforcement,fire fighters, nurses and doctors walk in first during the precession. He spoke about the sacrifice they make and about their service to others. His mass was extremely healing and we felt God’s love come through very strong holding us up at a very difficult time.
