I am so very THANKFUL for *all* of the priests that God has allowed to be a part of my life. I particularly remember an Ash Wednesday about 11 years ago. I entered a Cathedral I’d never been to, asked to see a priest for confession and prayed for forgiveness. He was so wonderful and compassionate. Though I do not know his name, he is often in my thoughts and I thank God frequently for sending me his way. It seems that when I MOST need to hear directly from God, it is a priest that helps me to remember to listen and pay heed to the words of God. My thanks and prayers to each and every one of you that dedicate your lives to Christ.
