Kristen, I guess you feel that an hour and a half is not enough time to learn religion, on a weekly basis. It does help enormously to attend Catholic school everyday like I did. I would suggest to make the most of that hour and a half and do a half hour more each evening on your own. The most important way to learn about your religion is to practice it. So keep up attending Mass, go to confession and make sure you receive holy communion. Any particular questions you have can be answered by the priests or become friendly with a nun in your parish who would be more than happy to answer your questions.
