We never need a "moment" to bless our three children. We bless them in the morning as we begin our day, if they’re heading out for the evening and as they head off to bed. We pray together in the morning and take turns saying petitions and deciding who or what cause our good works will go toward each day. We end the day thanking God for the time he has given us, asking him to keep us safe thru the night and asking for a new day to do God’s work. The day ends with hugs, kisses and blessings all around
(we parents need them, too). Incidently, our kids are 20, 17, and 13 and we’ve been doing this since their births.
