sometimes it is harder to forgive ourselves than to forgive others!
if you have asked God’s forgiveness and are truly contrite He has already forgiven you...you need never ask again! how wonderful He is!!
as to what you can do, I don’t know what to say...live your life praising God for His forgiving goodness and blessing...
