Christ was always there to fogive the tax collectors and prostitutes and all those in need of a spiritial "doctor". Jesus forgives us for not being perfect and we are hear on this earth to learn and to grow both emotionally, morally and spiritually in God’s loving spirit of grace. You must learn to forgive yourself and not to ask God to forgive every day he or she is you prefer forgave you the first time you asked for forgivness. Instead you can teach others like myself and people in your immediate community what you believe you learned about raising your children. God did not take your daughter away to punish you but to bring you closer to him. The spirit of your daughter will be with you every where you are in this life. Thomas Keating has a wonderful book about the parables. I will let you know the title if you like but Thomas Keating is a Cistercian and he teaches us to learn to forgive ourselves and to accept and imperfections as long as we keep trying...that the gist of it...its easier said then done and requires practice :-)
