A saying that has gotten me through tough times comes from AA "let go let God". I have to learn to let go and not be in control and let God take control. This is not easy especially for a strong personality like myself but this saying is so freeing. When I remember I try to say it and free my soul from being controlling and domineering. Let go let God.
