Feelings, for the most part, are uncontrolable. We go to a movie and see something funny and we laugh and feel good, while the very next minute might find us fearful or sad or shocked. Feelings come and go as they please. It is how we regard those feelings with in ourselves that makes the difference. Feelings from a movie are soon forgotten. But, feelings from and encounter with a real person last a lot longer. The encounter with another person can leave us feeling happy or sad or fearfull or any other some such.
