Outside of the fact that I do not have a cell phone, seeing an abusive situtation just makes me steam inside and the only way to rid myself of it is to address the situation. If I am home I can easily phone but away from home I could not. I have taken in a female neighbor when she ran out of her house to mine when her boyfriend was abusing her. She then proceeded to call the police. Now, this is safe, I think.
