I once witnessed an abusive situation between and husband and wife, I failed to step in. I could not see harming myself to protect someone I didn’t even know. I urged neighbors to call 911 but I don’t think they did. Concerning motorists, I would stop to help but there are a lot of stories of people being kidnapped or killed when they stop to help someone. Sad that our country has come to this.
