Perhaps you have never heard the challenge, "Try to see Jesus in everyone." The question is not asking "Why was ’Finding Nemo’ the perfect movie for our kids?" No one suggested it was, but couldn’t you see any values in the movie? I’m guessing you didn’t see it which makes it even more interesting that you thought you were an authority. I think we should be searching for values, not looking who to persecute next.

Wasn’t there a value in a father fish searching for his only son no matter how hopeless and dangerous the prospect? Most of the other animals in the movie seemed to think so. Even the fish-eating pelican. How about a community of fish in an aquarium coming together to help each other attain freedom and, ultimately to help free Nemo’s son?

And what’s wrong with environmentalism? And, dude, lions going to mass?
