Does the military action the U.S. is contemplating against Iraq meet the standards of a just war?

Subject: You are certainly just peopleJust like everyone else, in fact. I’m speaking of Americans as a people, not of you as an individual. Anyone who seriously believes that God speaks to Mr Bush directly, has chosen Mr Bush to "kill those Iraqis", and that Americans are the "true chosen people" is either:
a. making a very poor joke;
b. pretending to be pro-war to discredit those who defend this war;
c. a "clear and present danger" to all non-Americans.
"God chose us to lead". Dream on.
