Does the military action the U.S. is contemplating against Iraq meet the standards of a just war?

The problem I have is this....no one has the right to judge another’s motives...especially in prayer.....no one has the right to tell another to repent before calling on the Virgin Mary. Mary loves us even in our sins.....we are in the hands of God.
