Does the military action the U.S. is contemplating against Iraq meet the standards of a just war?

Subject: Iraqi Doctor Helps Free POWPRAISE GOD for the Iraqi doctor who witnessed what the Iraqi guards were doing to Jessica Lynch in the hospital and chose not to look the other way at this evil, but chose to work for good and became involved, helping to orchestrate her rescue!!!
Her bones may be broken but her spirit is intact. She is a brave soldier who has served her country honorably and well. May God heal her broken bones, and in His mercy hear her prayers to reunite her with her family soon.
Thank God for the Iraqi doctor!!! And, thank God for sparing Jessica’s life.
