Does the military action the U.S. is contemplating against Iraq meet the standards of a just war?

I never suggested substituting the Lord’s prayer for Twain’s. I do suggest that either would produce the same result for this war if truly taken to heart.

If you read my post above, I noted that I was aware of Clemens’ theological difficulties, so there is no need to explain them to me.

Last, if Twain happened to say something true, should that be ignored because of his other beliefs? If so, we should never take to heart anything that anybody says, because we are all sinners (some worse than others, but all undeserving of the grace that we receive). It seems that you attack the man, because you can’t admit to the truth of what he had to say.
