Subject: Managing the Oil FieldsFact is that Brown & Root, a subsidiary of Halliburton, is in a joint venture with Parsons to manage the oil fields. Besides, someone’s got to do the job and these are both outstanding engineering companies. If not them, who do you suggest be given this task? |
