Does the military action the U.S. is contemplating against Iraq meet the standards of a just war?

I think it is a just war thinking the WMD of Iraq. However, US fell short of their calculations. It seems that the Iraq war will take a long time. Also, they thought having the high tech weapons they can eradicate Saddam Hussein in a short time frame. As Christian citizen of Philippines, what I can do is to pray for the Coalition and US soldiers for their courage and safety. And may the war be shortened with enough wisdom from the almighty so that lives of innocent people will be saved and life in Iraq will return to normal liberated from Saddam’s ruthless actions.
