Gee, I’m perplexed! I’m just wondering now why then when Jesus entered the temple where the moneychangers were that he didn’t just go up and give them all a big hug and kiss! As I recall he became quite angry and overturned their tables. Am I wrong???

"Jesus affirmed nonviolent love and forgiveness" you say and this is true, but don’t forget he also demonstrated righteous anger and DID something about it when he saw evildoers! Be careful regarding what you pick and choose about what you want to believe about Jesus. Do not ignore the fact that along with love and mercy, he demonstrated justice!
