Does the military action the U.S. is contemplating against Iraq meet the standards of a just war?

Could it be perhaps that the U.S. and coalition forces are the "tools" in God’s toolbox? Or better yet, the scalpel with which our dear and glorious physician Jesus will cut out the cancer of the Iraqi regime led by Saddam Hussein!
