Does the military action the U.S. is contemplating against Iraq meet the standards of a just war?

Subject: JH, Rosary et al...Dear JH,
I certainly try and do at least one Rosary a day...Our Lady did explicitly ask for the 3 Rosaries (in french this can be explained but in english it is more difficult). Which means 3 of them. I try and I try....sometimes I get 2 in a day amongst everything else (liturgy of the Hours, Mass, etc)
