Does the military action the U.S. is contemplating against Iraq meet the standards of a just war?

My husband also was in Viet Nam (1966 and 1969)and I worried then, but it is much different when it is your child. My son was also in Desert Storm in 1991, but this time is harder because he has a wife and two children waiting for his safe return.
