I agree with the church that the war is wrong and that peace is the answer, but I think that the church needs to support our troops and their families. As someone with two family members over there "somewhere", we can’t know where, I feel guilty when I hear our pastor speak out so strongly against the war, knowing my loved ones are over there in harms way and could be killed, captured or worse.
I think the church should include some support for those who are risking their lives for us and maybe tone it down a bit to take into consideration the people who maybe sitting there praying that their loved ones are o.k.
