Does the military action the U.S. is contemplating against Iraq meet the standards of a just war?

I cannot begin to understand all the intricate reasons why this war is in progress, but it certainly is, and since it is in progress I feel all I can do is pray for our military leaders, as well as the leaders of the Iraqi military. There most certainly was a lack of effort somewhere along the line between our countries - but then, who among us is ever 100% in our dealings with others? Most of all, I pray for the poor people of Iraq, who are the most vulnerable to suffering & loss, & for our soldiers bearing the brunt of combat. It is indeed a sad reflection on our current society that we have come to this. PLEASE LET US KEEP UP OUR PRAYERS FOR PEACE.
