Does the military action the U.S. is contemplating against Iraq meet the standards of a just war?

The point is not whether Sadam is a dictator, all over the world know he is a dictator. The point is not whether Iraq should be disarmed, Pope also said Iraq should be disarmed. The point is whether a military invasion is a JUST way to overthrew Sadam and disarm Iraq.

How could you hope that decades, even centuries of cultural conflict and racial hatred can be solved simply by a WAR? Especially a WAR conducted by a FOREIGN power? Perhaps, US may achieve SWIFT victory and take Iraq, but long term peace will hardly come.
