Does the military action the U.S. is contemplating against Iraq meet the standards of a just war?

Is this military action just? Was the war against Hitler just? Just as Germany was defeated in WWI, Iraq was defeated in the Gulf War. As terms of the treaty that ended WWI Germany was not to rearm, it did and we all know the results. As terms of the treaty that ended the Gulf War, Iraq was not to rearm. Must we wait until 10 million people are killed to react?
Remember Sadam’s regime wanted to kill the Pope and would have done so.
This action is just and I pray not too late.
