How can the Catholic Church in the U.S. heal from the sex-abuse crisis?

You don’t know how refreshing it is to absorb the infinite wisdom of someone who admittedly came to the age of reason at the time of the pill and the sexual revolution.

Who better to tell us of the abusive clergy of the Catholic Church.

Now another, more experienced point of view might be that the priests of the sixties and before were not here to be your buddies and lead your hoot-nannies. Many of them were about the (dare I say it !!) RULES necessary for all of God’s created souls to follow if those same souls are to be saved from damnation.

But wheres the love in that?? Why someone might actually feel guilt and shame about their sins. Can’t have that.

P M I hope we meet some day. Just keep your eyes open as you tap your tamborine while singing and dancing up that great ultimate church aisle of worship; I’ll be the guy in the back helping to build that bridge to the 13th century.
