Why do some people support the "so called" prescriptions of the secular world on what will cure the scandal of criminal priests and criminal church leaders who practiced and allowed this activity of criminal sexual perversion?

The true prescription is actually quite simple.

Catholics need to return to daily prayer and self sacrifice. Stop ignoring the Eucharist. Stop ignoring the very strong prayer of the rosary. Stop ignoring family prayer. Demand and support adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, if not perpetually, at least as often as possible. Practice self denial of worldly items. It does not need to be a large or monumental sacrifice; any sacrifice, regardless of size, if done in the name of and for Our Lord Jesus is meaningful.

What I have mentioned above are just a few of the traditional Catholic practices that have gone south, almost with eerie correlation to abandonment of the moral imperative that was the hallmark of our church.

My thought, return to these traditions and watch virtue flood back to our church leaders.
