Is it true? That our Pope back in 1999 ordered Bishops to protect the Church’s name at the price of putting our children in harms way? If it is, this is beyond repair. I am at lost for words. I do not know if I want to consider myself Catholic anymore. Why would I associate myself with a Church that was more concerned about its image than with its children? So many people have been victimized, I wonder how many would of been spared had the Church acted in the interest of the faithful instead of in its own interest.
