Celebrating Christmas
At the end of the year, your Catholic listeners are busy celebrating
the Christmas holidays with family and friends, and perhaps looking ahead to the new year.
Our programs during this season offer the a selection of audio gifts that touch on the
mysteries and meanings of this holy time of year. “Exploring our Faith” visits
with author Ted Sri, who wrote a book about the infancy narratives—those Gospel stories
that tell us about the the wondrous event of Jesus’ birth. He suggests we “reconnect” with
a sense of surprise as we read and meditate on the Nativity story.
Producer Judy Zarick brings us a “Living Faith” interview
to challenge your listeners to live out their faith. She talks with a physician
whose faith motivates him to provide healthcare for some of the most desperate people of
the world in sub-Saharan Africa.
We hope you enjoy, with your listeners, a blessed holiday season!
Father Greg Friedman, O.F.M.
