Upcoming Programs
Evangelization and Immigration
Peace!
Here at American Catholic Radio we're celebrating the beginning
of our third season of production. Looking back, I’m amazed at the many faith stories
we’ve discovered, and the rich treasury of Catholic teaching and practice we’ve
explored. It’s a challenge for us each week—but one that’s made easy
by the richness of the tradition we profess together with you, our colleagues in Catholic
radio ministry.
Our upcoming programs are a good example of that richness. We visit
with Father Robert Barron, a professor of theology in Chicago, who’ll introduce us
to what he calls the “four pillars of Catholic evangelization.” Also, Bishop
Gerald R. Barnes, chair of the U.S. Bishops’ Committee on Migration, shares both
his firsthand experience and some of the principles of our Catholic social teaching on
timely issues surrounding migration.
Thanks for your interest in our program. We pledge to keep discovering
the rich heritage of our faith to present to your listeners!
Father Greg Friedman, O.F.M.
