American Catholic Radio (ACR) is a Franciscan ministry—I
believe that St. Francis of Assisi would use radio to preach today. We’re always
alert to friar-voices to our microphone. Franciscan Father Ferd Cherie is enthusiastic
about how the African American experience enriches U.S. Catholic life and prayer. Our CEO,
Father Jeremy Harrington, takes time from his work to answer questions on air. You’ll
meet both of them in upcoming programs, along with a faith-filled filmmaker and a home-schooling
mom with a passion to witness. They evoke for us what Francis lived: God present in our
world, calling us to believe and love! May your radio ministry flourish in that spirit!
