Lenten Radio Retreat
Franciscan Radio is pleased to announce a new half-hour offering, “Lenten
Radio Retreat,” which is available, free of charge, from the Catholic Communication Campaign.
There are six English and six Spanish editions of the show—one for each Sunday of Lent,
which begins on Ash Wednesday, March 1. Each episode, hosted by one of our 12 bishop-retreat
guides, features a short reflection, music, question-and-answer segment, and several prayers
led by the bishop. The First Sunday of Lent is March 5. It's not too late to use the graphic
link on the right to send
your site visitors to our Lent radio program.
Free broadcast master copies of the show on disc in WAV format are
available from the Catholic Communication
Campaign of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.
