In order to help educators and ministers respond to the pastoral need for solid resources to implement and expand the teachings in the new catechism, St. Anthony Messenger Press launched CATECHISM for US: Breaking Open the U.S. Catholic Catechism for Adults, a monthly, 12-issue, 4-page newsletter. It was published from October 2006 through September 2007. It leads readers step-by-step through the new catechism and helps them learn Catholic teachings and apply those teachings to their lives.
