James W. Arnold is professor emeritus of journalism at Marquette
University, Milwaukee, Wis., where he began teaching in 1959. he
has a B.A. from Marquette and an M.A. from Stanford. He started
a successful film-studies minor program at Marquette. He was a film
columnist for the
Milwaukee Journal for 10 years. A freelance
movie critic for Catholic newspapers since 1961, he was also movie-T.V.
columnist for
St. Anthony Messenger from 1964-2003. Arnolds

Frank
Frost has served as media reviewer for
Every Day Catholic
since its inception in January 2001. He has enjoyed a long career
as both a critic and a television producer. His TV credits include
biographies on Cardinal Joseph Bernardin and on St. Thérèse
of Lisieux. He obtained a doctorate from the University of Southern
California's film school and is president of Frank Frost Productions,
based in McLean, Virginia.

Rose Pacatte, F.S.P., is the current author of the "Eye on
Entertainment" column in
St. Anthony Messenger. Sister
Rose is a member of the Daughters of St. Paul and director of the
Pauline Media Center in Culver City, California. In 2000, she was
a jurist at the Venice Film Festival and at the International Berlin
