Scripture
•For God formed man to be imperishable; the image of his own nature he made him. (Wisdom 2:23)
•For you know the gracious act of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, for your sake he became poor, so that by his poverty you might become rich. (2 Corinthians 8:9)
•Jesus said to the synagogue official, “Do not be afraid; just have faith.” (Mark 5:36)

Reflection
•How can you model Jesus in your life?
•How do you find Jesus in your actions?
•Are actions or words more important in reaching others for Christ?

Here the overriding law is: “Stop thinking about what you have to do to win over the Brothers, worry about being. From now on your sermon is your life and not your words. And living an authentic life means copying the life of Jesus.”1
